How come brown cows eat green grass and have white milk?

it doesn't matter what colour the cow is or what colour it's food is, because it has special chemicals and acids in it's body which make it white. It's the same as saying "why is our poo brown when we dont always eat brown things?" we have specials acids and chemicals to make it that colour
