Juniors, I know you're in West Mids on Sunday and away from the main team, but let's return Shrek's faith in you all this season and bring home a win for the County so we can build on next season.

A team - you're in for a shout of a Yearmouth place, so go for it guys and to all the lads in for a shot at England trials just give it your best and I wish you the best of luck.

Ladies - a number of you are in with a chance at an England shot also, so the best of luck to you too. Go for it gals.

B Team - f**k it. We're not going to gain anything this Sunday apart from pride. Let's go there, treat this as a team building exercise for 09, have a nobble, enjoy the day, and drink more than the A team.
