Rileys will be holding a speed pool competition every tuesday and thursday starting from 6pm.

It is FREE to enter and the player who clears all the balls in the fastest time will walk away with a crate of beer!

A player can enter as many times as they wish and there will be a crate of beer given away at each event so this is not to be missed!!!

you wont do it matt... he was running around the table like a blue arsed fly!!!! you would need to pot 5-6 off break and have a perfect split with white ball in the middle of the table!

What a great idea! When pool leagues are struggling to get players and teams, set up a sh1te, meaningless comp on the same nights as 3 other leagues operate and text half of the players that play in them to try to entice even more players away, oh and offer free beer as a further incentive.

I've got a good marketing campaign for you. Why not start up a competition on County Sundays and offer a £1000 1st prize but only make it available to County A & B players. Just to be sure you get all of Pat's and Ron's players, offer further substantial prize money (and free beer of course) just for entering?

This is not just open to Notts league players but all people of the public. A text was sent out to the people who i knew might possibly be interested in the event.

This is a national tournament and not just a in-house thing set up by the guys in suits so im sure if they would have chose 2 other days that it would of affected another county on their pool nights?

It's not done intentionally but the dates was always going to be bad for some county, just so happens its notts.
