all ive got to say, is that altho i beat richard at pool (on tuesday nights, u rember) :P:P lol  i still respect him more than any other player coz this season he has turned us into a much btter team. we have pretty much the same team as last year but the players are wantin to win more, and u might say hes picking a relative, but hes got 7 - 8 strong players  and 3 are just young players becoming better pool players. hes not picking un fairly at all, i think hes made us better and maybe next season, if those 3 players become more cofiendent, we might win quite a few games and get up there near the top 3 teams. i think hes picked the strongest team all season and given players who arnt maybe as good but have potential and could become good players next season. next season will be our best.

Good well said and I hope you do. Maybe more posts from me will give you that edge even more. You could call it a bit of reverse psychology! Do the 'A' 'B' and ladies want it too. Fire you up before the matches lol. You lot have pulled together for the manager, so good on ya. Eric has no idea I posted on here, i've not spoke to him, nor him to me. So I dont think it will be a problem unless shrek makes it one. I dont mind being removed from the forum as this is the last post from me. At least it gave this part of the forum a bit of debate.

Debate is welcome, yet slagging a team manager off on the "Youths forum", which reflects badly on the youths isnt!

You may be close with Eric, hes a lovely lad, hes entered and got on well with everyone within the team. He is a good player i'v seen him play, yet he has more to learn, no disrespect to him, hes a good player with potential but he isnt our best and maybe you shouldnt post his name on here with out speaking to him first. There will be no effect on Eric or his position in our team because we are not making a big deal out of somebody who wont even annonce their name publicly.

I'm glad to hear you wont be posting any more because we dont like people who "bitch" one week, then the next begin to suck-up!
