After a great performance in Derby last month wouldnt it be nice if the youngsters could keep it going this Sunday at home to Lincs.

The teams go into the match level on points so a win would move us up another place.

C'mon the youths!!

Just checking but does this mean the Juniors lost 22-14 in actual gameplay?

Thats correct Trev. 2nd best player last year and 4th best this year (so far), Adam Anderson, could not make it due to not being able to get work off

trev negativity is not what we want yes if they had a full team we may have lost but we got A POINT which is all good for the kids confidence and kerdish is right adam could not make it due to work commitments this was do to us having 2 games in 4 weeks

Yes agree it wasn`t a straight black, certainly missable. Hopefully thought will be given to where the cue ball ends up next time, unfortunately it was left in the only place on the table to leave a simple last couple of balls finish by their player

Not trying to be negative Shrek, was merely trying to instill a sense of reality. Had Adam been there, you obviously would have won but even then it still would have been against 9 players. Great strides have been made but there are still many more to make.

We won 14 out of the 36 frames played yes. Not sure why you ask, unless you wanted a maths lesson? You cant say we'd have lost if Lincs had a full side, their  10th & 11th players may have been weaker players making up the numbers and we had 2 of our better players missing.

All in all a draw was a fair scoreline considering and it now means Notts youths are unbeaten since April and long may it continue.

thanks for that trev myself and my management team are making no claims that the job is done far from it. But it is fact that the youth side are far stronger than they were when we took over and with plans in the pipeline it can only get better.

With a bit of luck and a lot of hard work i hope notts will be pushing for honours in the seasons to come
