New Autumn/Winter Season Entry Form start October 5th 2009.
We are bringing in old EPA rule. You only need 6 player or more to play 2 game in 12 frame all single no double. Interesting!!

Go to our website www.nspl.org.uk click on entry form. Tick which one you want to play World rule or EPA rule.

Deadline is on Wednesday 2nd September 2009. Take place meeting at Spot on Sneinton 8 pm with your entry form and fee.

Just to add to this. We are having 1 x Supreme W/R league and are going have a seperate EPA rules league aswell. We will run 2 seperate cups with one being for W/R teams and EPA teams and 1 only for EPA teams which will be incorporated into the league season. The Cup day @ Eastwood will stay the same.

How do you envisage this working long term with regards to promotion/relegation?

Teams that want to play "old rules" won't want promotion to play EPA rules, and I know White Horse had a conversation a couple of weeks ago, regarding leaving the Supreme League - this was knocked on the head because nobody wants to play the old rules, so relegation could potentially push teams out of the league...

Maybe Steve or Harvey could give Jim a hand and speak on behalf of the league for a change?

Dont worry John, it wont concerne us as we are near enough safe now and with a few more points to come from that Marsden Bloke we should be home and dry lol

Everyone will be given the choice of playing current "World Rules" or "Old EPA with Cushion rule".
Therefore no one would be promoted or relegated at this stage, its only just been decided so will be in the early developement stages.A lot depends how many new teams come into the league, i understand from Harvey that there is quite a bit of interest at the moment and dont forget the league does pay out decent prize money.

JP, nobody will be relegated to old EPA mate if you don't want to and nobody will be promoted unless they want to. If poeple want to be promoted to W/R league then they will and W/R league gets bigger until we then have 2 divisions of W/R and the process continues!!! That's the plan anyway.

I love it when a plan comes together Jimbob ... Sounds good guys and a positive step forward to grow the league.

What will be the order of play for finals day.

I am away for a long weekend and will be returning on the sunday.
