Come on, you are talking nonsense buddy.
For starters if they were going to turn up they should already have had an arrangement to get home, so an extra £15 doesn't even come into it.
Secondly they shouldn't even be going to a pool match if they don't have any money to get there, it's not like £2 each is a lot is it?
Finally, if you have never been to somewhere before, you don't just book a minibus to somewhere with the same name do you, NO you look at the bloody address and make sure you are going to the right place!
Come on get a grip Micope, you have to see this from the other side of the coin.
As i said i would and still am in favour of re-arranging this, but my teams mates weren't and you can only take the piss so far can't you!

On behalf of Spoton I thought id explain the teams mistake. We have a new captain and a new secretary who are new to running a pool team....and yes it is a very stupid mistake to make but I'm sure he will learn from it lol. We couldn't get the minibus because our team was split into two different groups because myself and three others had other commitments before the match so we were going straight to pick up our cues then leave to the Vale. One group arrived at the wrong vale just before 8pm whilst our group was in bulwell waiting to travel to arnold at 8pm. We are sorry for the mistake but there was nothing we could do to get everyone there at a reasonable time once we had relised.

A good idea mate and if the league are happy to do that, then i'd be fine with that. I'm pretty sure i could convince the rest of the team to do that as well.

Justin stop slagging your team mates off, you agreed that if after we said we would wait for them & organising transport for them that if they said they still wouldn't come then we should claim it.
No body actually wanted to claim it at all, the fact is we gave them every opportunity to play but they declined.
